Sheafer is very popular pen company which shows elegance in the production of ballpoint, fountain and rollerball pens and mechanical pencils. The excellent characteristics of Sheaffer brands are classic Sheaffer inlaid nib. They also enriched various filler systems that include Touchdown ® Filler which was brought in the market in the year of 1949 and in 1952. There is another brand Snorkel® stretching filler cylinder. W. A. Sheaffer by dint of persevarance and iron determination created fountain pens in 1907 and he was also eligible for the patent in August of 1908. In 1922, Sheaffer opted for unique steps to produce a new set of bottled ink fountain pens. This brand is named Sheaffer Skrip® which was more latest and having the capability of darting swiftly without any hassle or obstruction. In the year of 1924, Sheaffer provided jade green pens made of Radite. Before the inception of such brands, there was the availability of fountain pens made of black hard rubber. In 1938, Sheaffer surprised people by creating plastic body with metal cap fountain pens called Crest™. There are other famous brands which include the Balance®, the PFM™. The Sheaffer Targa was branded as the Targa by Sheaffer™, the TRZ™, Connoisseur®, Prelude®, the Javelin® and the Nostalgia™. All these branded fountain pens were unique and up to the mark.
